The staff's attentiveness transformed our dinner into a delightful experience, and the wonderful rainforest shower in our room was pure relaxation.

I was delighted to find one of my art pieces framed above the bed when I checked into my room! The place is perfect for unwinding, with a lovely bath and a peaceful atmosphere. Just a heads up, the shower didn’t get hot water during my stay, but the bath was a great alternative. 😊

Consider requesting a room on the lower floor if stair access is an issue for you.

The Deluxe Suite offered a very nice bed, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. The decor throughout the room gave off a cozy vibe, making it a pleasant retreat after a long day.
The windows in both the bedroom and bathroom needed attention, particularly the bedroom window, which didn’t close properly. There was also some ceiling paint flaking in the bathroom corner, which detracted from the overall appeal. A grab handle in the deep free-standing bath would certainly enhance accessibility when showering, something I felt missing during my stay.

The central location was perfect for strolling to the stunning Winchester Cathedral, which is just under 5 km away, and enjoying a lovely walk through the nearby Twyford Waterworks, just a short 10-minute walk from the hotel, making my weekend truly memorable.

Perfectly Plated Breakfast Awaits
We were greeted with smiling faces and enjoyed an unforgettable breakfast. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep.
We faced a bit of noise from the neighboring pub that kept us awake a little longer than intended, which was unfortunate.

The room showcased lovely fittings and decor, although as a suite, it felt limited in space and lacked comfortable seating. Minor details like the absence of separate glasses in the bathroom and tricky soap dispensers detracted from an otherwise charming stay. Friendly staff made the experience welcoming, and the breakfast was exceptional, ensuring a delightful start to the day.

Cozy stay with awesome breakfast
We spent a night in a cute little suite. The decor was lovely, and the staff were super friendly. Breakfast was a highlight—so good! Only thing was the room felt a bit cramped. not much space for chilling. They could’ve done better with bathroom essentials too.

Diving into the delightful breakfasts here was a real treat, with fresh choices that made every morning special. Plus, the cozy decor in my Deluxe Suite was a charming touch that made the stay even sweeter.
Check-in felt a bit like a charade, standing at a buzzing bar rather than a smooth reception. The stylish room had potential, but needed a proper dust and the wonky window? Not ideal.
